After installing an indoor LED display, we noticed:

Overall brightness is low
Some areas are darker than others
White looks gray, not clean
Sending and receiving cards are detected normally

Power output and network cables have been checked and seem fine.

Questions:

1. Is this more likely a calibration issue or a receiving card parameter problem?
2. Do we need to redo brightness and color calibration?
3. Should troubleshooting start from software settings or hardware first?
