Regarding the lumen output of our RGBW / RGBWW Super Bright Modern Recessed LED Downlights, the average luminous efficacy is approximately 60 lumens per watt (60 lm/W).

I installed the 12W version in my bedroom ceiling and the brightness feels pretty comfortable for daily lighting. The RGB colors are more for atmosphere, while the white light mode is noticeably brighter.

The 24W and above versions seem more suitable for larger rooms or commercial areas. RGB lights usually won’t look as bright as pure white LED downlights with the same wattage.

Yes, that’s correct. RGBW and RGBWW lighting products are mainly designed for ambient and decorative lighting. In white light mode, the brightness performance will be better than in RGB color mode.

Some customers also prefer RGBWW because the warm white light feels softer for home use.
