Does the FL-DMX RGB Flood Light support wave / color changing effects, or is it just on/off?

I’m considering the FL-DMX Series RGB LED Flood Light (100W or 150W) for an outdoor project.

Just wondering — can these lights create dynamic effects like wave movement and color changing through DMX, or are they simply basic on/off flood lights?
